Sullivan’s Dream Dachshunds

I am Erin Sullivan, owner and an AKC breeder of long haired miniature dachshunds in southwestern Virginia in the Blue Ridge Mountains. 

I started showing and breeding wirehaired dachshunds as a young teen and continued this into my 20’s. I adore the breed.

After raising my own family, I now raise long haired dachshunds and breed for excellent health, temperament and conformation although I no longer show. Most of my dachshunds are used as therapy dogs in my part time counseling practice. I have several past puppies who have gone to lovely show homes.

I have been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, the program, or specific puppies. You’ll also have the chance to share a bit about yourself and what you’re looking for in a new companion. Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
